Joule Consultant (L2)

We are seeking an experienced Joule Consultant to support a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a leading organization in the Power Generation Equipment – Sales, Rental & Service sector. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and rolling out SAP Joule (SAP’s generative AI copilot) to enhance user productivity and streamline business processes across SAP applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Joule, SAP Business Technology Platform, and conversational AI design.RequirementsRequirements· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.· 3–6 years of SAP consulting/development experience, with hands-on exposure to SAP Joule (SAP's generative AI copilot) or SAP AI/BTP-based solutions.· Experience configuring and enabling Joule across SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, or other SAP applications.· Working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP AI Core/AI Launchpad, and Generative AI Hub.· Experience with Joule Studio for building and customizing skills, and integrating Joule with business processes.· Understanding of prompt engineering, conversational AI design, and natural language processing concepts.· Experience integrating Joule with SAP Fiori Launchpad, backend APIs, and third-party systems.· Good understanding of data privacy, security, and governance considerations for AI-enabled solutions in SAP landscapes.· Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, OData services, and APIs for extending Joule capabilities.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work in an offshore delivery model with flexible shift timings to support onsite/global stakeholders.
