You will support real clients in the USA and Australia. Your work ships. It is not a sandbox or a training exercise.ABOUT THE ROLEaiqon is hiring for the Jr. AI Engineer Role. This is an AI + Engineering role, not a teaching or research-only position. You will build AI systems and ship full-stack product work for industry clients in the USA and Australia.The work is broader than LLM integrations. Depending on the client, you may develop or fine-tune models for document processing, truck tracking and logistics, computer vision, or similar applied problems, then take those models into production.On a typical week, you might train or adapt a document-extraction model, work on a tracking pipeline, integrate an LLM into a workflow, then jump to a React or API change or a production bug. We need people who can work across applied AI and software engineering, not just one or the other.This role is based in Hyderabad (hybrid). You will support USA and Australia clients, so overlapping hours with those time zones are required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, adapt, and ship models for applied problems such as document processing, truck tracking and logistics, and similar client use cases, not only LLM integrations.Build and ship AI features such as retrieval pipelines, model serving, and tooling that makes those systems reliable in production.Contribute to full-stack engineering: product UI, APIs, data, and the glue that holds client systems together.Support USA and Australia client projects with clear communication and overlapping hours.Write clear, maintainable code with tests; participate in code review and iterate based on feedback.Debug issues end-to-end, from model output to UI to API to data, and document what you learn so the team can move faster.Collaborate with product and client stakeholders to turn operational needs into working software.REQUIREMENTSMinimum eligibility: freshers coming out of college, through to candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.Compensation: ₹4–6 lakhs per annum.This is an AI + Engineering role: you should be ready to develop applied models (document processing, tracking, and similar problems), work with LLMs when needed, and ship full-stack software.Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript; you can write working software without being walked through every step.Comfort with Git, web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, HTML/CSS), and at least one modern full-stack stack (e.g. React, Node, or a Python web stack).Genuine interest in AI/ML. You experiment, read docs, and ship small projects of your own.A GitHub, portfolio, or LinkedIn that shows work you have actually built.Clear written and spoken communication in English; you can explain trade-offs and ask for help early.Willing to work overlapping hours with USA and Australia time zones to support those clients.Based in, or willing to work from, Hyderabad in hybrid mode.Due to high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
