We work with hotels and hospitality brands across the region, creating art programmes that tell a story and elevate a space.The RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Art Consultant with a passion for design and creativity, along with an interest in art, materials, interiors, and three-dimensional spaces.This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who has a keen eye for detail, enjoys developing creative ideas, and is eager to learn the art consultancy process.You’ll work closely with our Art Consultants, hotel clients, designers, and fabrication team, supporting projects from the initial brief through to installation. Along the way, you’ll develop your skills in concept creation, artwork curation, 3D visualisation, and project coordination.What You'll DoAssist in developing art narratives and creative concepts for hospitality projectsResearch, source, and curate artwork and artists suited to each project briefHelp translate interior schemes and architectural information into art proposalsPrepare presentations, mood boards, artwork layouts, visual mock-ups, and basic 3D visualsSupport the selection of framing, materials, finishes, and fabrication solutionsAssist with project timelines, documentation, supplier coordination, procurement, and installation planningLiaise with designers, hoteliers, artists, suppliers, and the fabrication team to support smooth project deliveryMaintain project documentation, specifications, artwork schedules, and image librariesAssist with reviewing samples, prototypes, and production workSupport the team during client presentations and artwork installations when requiredWhat You'll BringA Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related creative fieldUp to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships or freelance projects, or recent-graduate status with a strong portfolioStrong design sensibility and a keen eye for detailAn interest in art, framing, materials, fabrication, and interior finishesBasic working knowledge of 3D design or visualisation software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Blender, or similarAn understanding of spatial layouts and the ability to read basic floor plans, elevations, or interior-design drawingsWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeGood organisational and time-management skillsStrong communication skills and a willingness to learnAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBased in or willing to relocate to DubaiNice to HaveInternship or project experience in hospitality, interior design, art consultancy, architecture, or FF&EKnowledge of AutoCAD or rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, or LumionFamiliarity with regional artists, galleries, fabricators, or suppliersA portfolio showcasing creative thinking, spatial design, 3D work, artwork curation, or presentation skillsWe are accepting both local and international applications. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai for this role.
