Jr. Capital Market Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Capital Markets professional with strong knowledge of real estate finance, investment analysis, valuation, and real estate markets.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of capitalization rates (cap rates), property valuations, investment returns, debt and equity structures, market trends, and transaction analysis. The role will involve evaluating real estate investment opportunities, supporting capital raising and financing activities, and providing market-driven financial analysis to support investment and strategic decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze commercial and residential real estate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability.Perform detailed financial modeling, including cash flow projections, IRR, NPV, equity multiples, DSCR, LTV, and other investment metrics.Analyze cap rates, NOI, property valuations, rental yields, occupancy, and market comparables.Monitor real estate market trends, including property prices, rental growth, transaction volumes, interest rates, and investor sentiment.Conduct comparable property and transaction analysis to determine appropriate valuation assumptions and market pricing.Evaluate debt and equity financing structures for real estate transactions.Support acquisition, disposition, refinancing, and capital-raising transactions.Prepare investment memorandums, market analysis, financial presentations, and transaction materials.Work with lenders, investors, brokers, developers, asset managers, and other stakeholders.Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess investment risks and potential returns.Track changes in interest rates, financing costs, cap rates, and market yields and assess their impact on property valuations.Assist senior management/investment committees with investment recommendations and strategic analysis.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international real estate capital markets.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in real estate investment, capital markets, investment banking, real estate finance, valuation, asset management, or a related field.Experience working with real estate transactions, investment analysis, or financing is highly preferred.Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret real estate market movements.
