Jr. Chassis Design Engineer

We are seeking a Jr. D&R Engineer to support the design, development, and release of automotive chassis components and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with chassis components and Siemens NX, along with a strong understanding of automotive engineering and product development processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and development of automotive chassis components and assemblies.Create, modify, and review 3D models using Siemens NX.Support engineering changes, design reviews, and product releases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to resolve engineering issues.Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of chassis components.Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and technical specifications.Ensure designs meet applicable engineering, quality, and manufacturing requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in automotive chassis engineering or component design.Hands-on experience designing or developing chassis components, such as suspension, steering, brake, wheel, subframe, or related systems.Hands-on experience with Siemens NX for 3D modeling and design.Understanding of automotive chassis systems and component functionality.Experience interpreting engineering drawings and applying basic GD&T principles.Understanding of automotive product development and engineering change processes.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier.Familiarity with vehicle development and release processes.Experience supporting testing and validation activities.
