Main location is Trabzon, Türkiye.This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with internship-level experience. You are not expected to arrive knowing how to be a consultant. We value curiosity, analytical thinking, ownership, and willingness to learn more than previous experience. What you’ll do* Support real client projects through research, data analysis, and reporting* Prepare analyses, presentations, and project deliverables using MS Excel and AI supported tools.* Gain hands-on exposure to finance, operations, process improvement, and business transformation* Work closely with clients and learn how businesses actually operate* Gradually take on greater responsibility as you developWhat we’re looking for* Recent university graduate* No professional experience required beyond internships* Good command of English * Basic proficiency in AI and MS Excel.* Availability to work at least 4 full days per week in Trabzon.
