Hiring “Jr. Facilities Engineer – Mechanical (GCC experience mandatory)” for our reputed Shopping Mall & Accommodation Management in Qatar.Salary Offered: 4000 – 4500 QAR per month + Company Accommodation & Transportation {Salary will be based on your interview performance}Vertical: Shopping Mall & Accommodation ManagementQualifications, Mandatory to have the below:1.           Should possess atleast 2-3 years of experience as Facilities Engineer in Mechanical with FM company maintaining Residential properties or Mall / Consultancy company including Qatar / GCC market exposure.2.           Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID along with NOC.3.           Should have good knowledge of Building systems (MEP, HVAC, Fire Alarm, BMS, etc.).4.           Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS software systems is added advantage.5.           Must have Understanding of preventive and reactive maintenance.6.           Having GCC experience in a similar field is mandatory.7.           Holding Bachelors Degree in Engineering – Mechanical. 8.           Must be well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & AutoCAD.9.           Presentable with proficiency in English both written and spoken.10.         Having valid Qatar driving license is preferred, not mandatory.11.         Should be flexible to work extra hours when necessary only. 12.        Candidates outside Qatar are also open to apply but mandatory to have experience with Qatar or GCC market.
