Team members contribute to building the future of legal services by supporting products that simplify complex legal workflows and improve user outcomes.Role Description The Jr. Legal Tech Consultant (Internship) is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting clients in using Sammat’s legal tech platform, responding to user queries, and assisting with basic troubleshooting and technical support. The intern will help gather and analyze user requirements, document common issues, and collaborate with product and legal teams to improve workflows and platform features. The role also involves contributing to demos or onboarding sessions, supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities, and maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to interpret user requirements, identify patterns in issues, and support data-driven improvements.Foundational Consulting and client-facing abilities to understand user needs and provide clear, practical guidance on platform usage.Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to assist users with basic configuration, navigation, and problem resolution.Interest or experience in Sales-related activities, including product demonstrations, user onboarding, and supporting lead follow-up.Good understanding or strong interest in legal processes, dispute resolution, contracts, or related domains.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and legal concepts in simple terms.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Law, Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred (BBA LL.B) but not strictly required.
