Employment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are looking for a tech-savvy Junior Production Engineer to oversee daily shop-floor manufacturing and metal fabrication processes.

You will coordinate production schedules, ensure technical precision, and maintain product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Supervision: Oversee day-to-day metal fabrication activities (cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing).Technical & Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD layouts, and fabrication specifications.Process Optimization: Apply production techniques and software tools to improve material yield, track job orders, and minimize downtime.Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections at key fabrication stages to ensure compliance with standards.Coordination: Work closely with supervisors, design teams, and labor contractors to meet project delivery deadlines.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.Experience: 1–4 years of experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal processing, or industrial manufacturing.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and basic proficiency in CAD software/production tracking tools.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management abilities.
