The team is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment and building long-term relationships with patients as part of a growing dental family.Role Description The Junior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo. This position supports the practice’s client relations and business development activities by managing patient inquiries, following up on treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records of appointments and services. The Junior Account Executive will assist in coordinating communication between patients and clinical staff, support promotional campaigns, and help identify opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone and in-person inquiries, preparing basic reports for management, supporting billing and payment follow-ups, and ensuring a professional, patient-centered experience at all times.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.Basic sales, customer service, or account management skills, including follow-up, negotiation support, and maintaining client records.Organizational and administrative skills, such as scheduling, data entry, and attention to detail in documentation.Comfort using office software and practice management systems; ability to quickly learn new digital tools.Previous experience in healthcare, dental, or clinic environments is an advantage but not required.Ability to work on-site in Colombo, manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting.Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, administration, or a related field is preferred.Quick Books Exposure Mandatory
