Department: Accounting ServicesReporting to: Accounting Services ManagerWorking Location: TMS Building, 172 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, HCMC Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (including 1-hour break)Position OverviewRBA Vietnam is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounting Services team supporting a Switzerland-based client.In this role, you will assist in delivering accounting and financial reporting services for an international client, working closely with senior team members and the Accounting Services Manager.

The position offers valuable exposure to international accounting practices and the opportunity to develop strong professional skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities1. Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Accounts ReceivableRecord accounts payable and receivable transactions in the accounting system.Process and verify supplier and client invoices and payment transactions. Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.Maintain proper documentation for all accounting entries and supporting documents.Provide timely support on financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.2. Financial Accounting & ReportingAssist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements in accordance with IFRS and trust business accounting principles for offshore international companies based in Jersey and Singapore.Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.Review and maintain general ledger entries to ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards.Assist in preparing financial reports and management reports requested by clients.3. Client SupportWork directly with clients to understand their accounting requirements and operational needs.Handle client queries related to financial transactions, reconciliations, and accounting records.Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests and accounting matters.Coordinate with internal team members when matters require further review or escalation.4. Administrative TasksMaintain organized financial records and documentation.Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounting Services Manager. Qualifications & Experience1. EducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Candidates with academic training aligned with IFRS, or exposure to both VAS and IFRS frameworks, will be preferred.2. ExperiencePrior working experience is not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Candidates with 3 - 6 months of internship experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar roles will be considered an advantage.3. Technical SkillsStrong command of written and spoken English.Basic understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS).Understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to work with financial data and maintain accurate accounting records.4.
