Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the RoleAhmed Ibrahim Al Zaabi Motorcycles Establishment (Oldtimer) is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations of our motorcycle business — from sales invoicing and supplier payments to inventory records — while also providing administrative support to the wider team. You will be our on-site finance point of contact in Riyadh, working closely with the head-office finance team, which handles the main accounting — with their guidance and support available to you daily. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build a solid foundation in accounting within a supportive environment.In line with Saudi labor regulations (Saudization requirements), this position is open to Saudi nationals only.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgersPrepare and process sales invoices for motorcycle sales, spare parts, and service workAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including supplier invoice processing and payment follow-upsSupport inventory record-keeping and periodic stock counts (motorcycles, parts, and accessories)Support monthly closing activities and bank reconciliationsAssist in preparing financial reports, expense summaries, and supporting documentationHelp ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements (VAT filing support, e-invoicing records)Maintain organized digital and physical filing of financial and administrative recordsPrepare and share supporting documents with the head-office finance team and follow up on their requestsProvide general administrative support: correspondence, scheduling, document preparation, and coordination with vendors and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad)QualificationsSaudi national (per Saudization requirements for accounting professions)Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates are welcome to applyGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with any accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, or similar) is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional proficiency in Arabic and EnglishFamiliarity with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, ZATCA) is an advantageWhat We OfferCompetitive salary in line with market and regulatory standardsOn-the-job training and mentorship from senior finance staffA collaborative, supportive work environment in Riyadh, in a well-established motorcycle businessHow to ApplyApply directly through LinkedIn with your CV.
