Junior Accountant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time, on-siteSalary: Up to AED 3,500 per month for the initial six-month period, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance will be reviewed after six months.We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Junior Accountant to support the daily financial operations of our healthcare organisation.Key Responsibilities:• Accurately record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.• Maintain and organise accounting documents and financial records.• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.• Support payroll processing and reconciliation.• Manage and reconcile petty cash.• Coordinate insurance claims and Revenue Cycle Management activities.• Assist with UAE VAT returns, reconciliations, and compliance requirements in accordance with UAE tax regulations, including corporate tax documentation, preparation, and filing requirements.• Perform other finance and accounting duties as required.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.• Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.• High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.• Strong organisational and time-management skills.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage.• Experience in healthcare accounting, insurance claims, or RCM is an advantage.To apply, please submit your updated CV through LinkedIn.Please apply if you are comfortable with the stated salary and are available to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.
