About MRGMRG (Medical Regulations Gate) is a specialist regulatory affairs consultancy and Authorized Representative helping medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers register and market their products in Saudi Arabia and the wider region. As the company grows, we are expanding our finance team in Riyadh and looking for a Junior Accountant to grow with us.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our daily accounting and finance activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling invoices and payments, supporting VAT and ZATCA compliance, and assisting with regular financial reporting. It is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career accountant to learn end-to-end accounting within a supportive finance team.Key Responsibilities•    Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.•    Prepare and issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.•    Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.•    Perform bank and account reconciliations.•    Assist with monthly closing and financial reports.•    Support VAT and ZATCA compliance activities.•    Process and maintain payment, expense, and reimbursement records.•    Coordinate with internal teams to gather required financial information.•    Maintain proper financial records, documents, and filing.What We're Looking For•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.•    0–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.•    Basic knowledge of accounting principles, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliation.•    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.•    Good English communication skills, written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.•    Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a genuine willingness to learn.•    Good organizational and time-management skills.Advantageous•    Hands-on experience using Odoo as an accounting platform — strongly preferred.•    Familiarity with other ERP systems.•    Basic knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA compliance.•    Awareness of IFRS reporting standards.•    Working toward SOCPA or CPA certification.What We Offer•    A supportive finance team where you will learn directly from experienced accountants.•    Hands-on exposure to VAT / ZATCA compliance and end-to-end accounting in a growing company.•    A competitive package.•    Genuine room to grow into a more senior finance role over time.
