Junior Accountant

We support brands, retailers, distributors and supply-chain partners in managing product quality, safety, compliance and risk.We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Officer to join our Finance team in Hong Kong. This is a hands-on role covering full-set accounting, month-end reporting, audit support and daily finance operations.Key responsibilitiesHandle full-set accounting activities, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and staff reimbursementsPrepare month-end financial reports, supporting schedules and account breakdowns within tight reporting deadlinesPerform bank reconciliations and intercompany transaction/balance reconciliationsCoordinate with internal departments on accounting matters and daily financial transactionsHandle petty cash, payments and supporting documentationMaintain accurate filing records, financial documentation and regular reportingPrepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors, banks and other relevant partiesProvide general administrative support and handle ad hoc assignments as requiredProfileDiploma holder or above in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline1–4 years of experience in full-set accountingUp-to-date knowledge of accounting and taxation standards, as well as relevant labour regulationsAble to work independently, manage priorities and deliver accurately under tight deadlinesProactive, motivated, mature and stable, with a strong sense of integrity and responsibilityDetail-oriented, analytical and well organisedA collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including PivotTablesProficient in written and spoken English and ChineseExperience using Xero is an advantage
