Junior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant, you shall support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Handle Accounting Operations (invoices, payment, AP-AR, etc.)+) Recording daily transactions in the accounting system (SAP Business One / SBO)+) Checking the completeness of sales documents and issuing invoices+) Processing erroneous invoices according to tax regulations+) Monitoring AR/AP transactions and coordinating with internal departments+) Maintaining complete records for tax and audit purposes+) Other task related daily activities
Maintain accurate accounting records and proper document filing.
Assist in monthly closing (journal entries, reconciliations).
Support preparation of financial statements and other reports.
Support Tax & Compliance, Audit operations
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting
Basic understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations (VAT, CIT, invoice requirements)
Good command of English communication.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and develop in a professional environmentNice to have:
Experience working with accounting systems (SAP Business One, FAST, MISA is a strong advantage)
IFRS knowledge is a plus.
Experience working in an FDI or Japanese company is preferredWork description:- Working location: Thang Long Industrial Park, Hanoi- Start working time: as soon as possible- Working time: 8:00 - 17:00Normally work from Monday to Friday. (only works on Saturday if required).
