Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.Prepare and process journal entries.Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and invoices.Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Maintain employee expense records and reimbursement documentation.Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.Assist with internal and external audit requirements.Support tax, VAT, and statutory compliance activities.Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.0-2 years of accounting experience.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Professional certification (SOCPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
