About the CompanyOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.MissionThe Junior Accountant will join the Finance Department of OMODA Motors Spain, S.L.U., providing support across key accounting and administrative activities.The role is designed for a professional at an early stage of their career who has a solid accounting foundation, strong attention to detail and a willingness to continue developing within the finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and review invoices, expenses and accounting documentation.Manage and monitor supplier invoices and Accounts Payable activities.Perform bank reconciliations and investigate potential discrepancies.Support general accounting activities and ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records.Record and monitor tangible and intangible fixed assets.Support the calculation and control of depreciation and amortization.Assist with monthly and annual closing processes.Prepare accounting information and supporting documentation for closing activities and audits.Review accounting balances and support account reconciliations.Monitor Accounts Payable balances and support the resolution of supplier-related issues.Prepare reports, documentation and accounting information for the Finance Department.Collaborate in the improvement and automation of administrative and accounting processes.Provide support in other accounting and finance-related activities as required.RequirementsDegree or vocational qualification in Finance and Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.Between 0-3 years of experience in accounting, finance or administrative positions with financial responsibilities.Good understanding of general accounting principles.Previous exposure to invoicing, supplier management and bank reconciliations will be highly valued.Good command of Microsoft Excel.Experience working with an ERP system, particularly SAP, will be highly valued.Intermediate level of English.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines.Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and develop professionally.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential.We inform you that OMODA MOTORS SPAIN S.L.U, a company with its registered office in Modulo 1 de la planta baja, Avda.
