Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior International Accountant who will support the finance team in managing accounting operations across multiple countries. This role involves handling international transactions, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, and assisting with financial reporting for global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily transactions in multiple currencies.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries for international entities.
• Record and reconcile daily transactions in multiple currencies.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS and local GAAP standards.
• Assist with tax filings and regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions.
• Process invoices and payments for international vendors.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Handle foreign exchange adjustments and inter-company transactions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master’s preferred)
• 0–2 years of accounting experience.
• Exposure to international accounting or multi-currency transactions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS or GAAP would be advantageous).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Netsuite and Embat).
• Advanced Excel skills.
