📢 نعلن عن وظيفة شاغرة: محاسب / محاسبة — للسعوديين والسعوديات فقطشركة كورتينشن | الخبر، المملكة العربية السعوديةدوام كامل — حضوريكورتينشن شركة متخصصة في تنفيذ أعمال تركيب أنظمة الشد اللاحق (Post-Tension) لمشاريع المباني في المملكة العربية السعودية.نبحث عن محاسب أو محاسبة من الكفاءات الوطنية لتولي الأعمال المحاسبية اليومية باستخدام نظام Odoo، وتنظيم السجلات المالية ومتابعة حسابات الشركة والمشاريع.المهام الرئيسية:

• تسجيل العمليات اليومية والقيود المحاسبية على نظام Odoo.
• إعداد فواتير العملاء وتسجيل فواتير الموردين ومتابعة التحصيل والمدفوعات.
• متابعة المصروفات والعهد والمصروفات النثرية وتكاليف المشاريع.
• إجراء التسويات البنكية ومراجعة أرصدة الحسابات.
• تنظيم المستندات المحاسبية والتنسيق مع فرق المشاريع والمواقع.
• إعداد التقارير المالية الدورية والمساعدة في الإقفال الشهري.المؤهلات المطلوبة:
• سعودي / سعودية الجنسية.
• بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• إجادة استخدام نظام Odoo في الأعمال المحاسبية.
• إجادة Microsoft Excel.
• معرفة بأساسيات المحاسبة ومتطلبات ضريبة القيمة المضافة والفوترة الإلكترونية في السعودية.
• الدقة والتنظيم والقدرة على متابعة المهام والالتزام بالمواعيد.
• القدرة على العمل حضورياً في الخبر.

This opportunity is open to both male and female Saudi applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions and journal entries in Odoo.
• Prepare customer invoices, record supplier bills, and follow up on collections and payments.
• Track expenses, employee advances, petty cash, and project costs.
• Perform bank reconciliations and review account balances.
• Maintain organized accounting records and coordinate with project and site teams.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and assist with month-end closing.

Requirements

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Odoo for accounting operations.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Saudi VAT and e-invoicing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Availability to work on-site in Al Khobar.
