Junior accountant forex

• Manage full-cycle accounting, month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate and IFRS-compliant financial reporting.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports for senior management and shareholders.• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments to support strategic decision-making.• Lead reconciliations of client deposits, withdrawals, trading commissions, swaps, spreads, liquidity provider (LP) costs, and platform-generated revenues.• Oversee daily and monthly reconciliations between MT5 trading platforms, bridge systems, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and the General Ledger.• Perform Profit & Loss (P&L) calculations and collaborate with Risk Management, Dealing, and Operations teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition.• Manage Liquidity Provider (LP) settlements, margin deposits, trading fees, rebates, and related transactions while resolving discrepancies promptly.• Review and approve Sales Team and Introducing Broker (IB) commission calculations, payment schedules, and performance reports.• Monitor client money balances, operational cash flows, and settlement processes to ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations, corporate governance requirements, and internal financial policies.• Manage VAT compliance, including return preparation, reconciliations, FTA correspondence, and support for UAE Corporate Tax filings.• Oversee monthly payroll processing through the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS), ensuring accurate salary payments and compliance with UAE Labour Law.• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to support audits, regulatory reporting, and financial governance
