Key Responsibilities
Process customer refund transfers.Receive cash collections from delivery representatives and prepare collection reports.Manage the cash safe and handle payments for expenses and purchases.Record daily transactions in Google Sheets and Odoo.Prepare weekly payroll for factory workers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Strong Excel skills, including formulas and preparing reports.Good knowledge of Google Sheets.Familiarity with Odoo is preferred.Accuracy in handling cash and recording transactions.Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.
