This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are fluent in German and looking to kick-start their careers in finance and accounting within an international and fast-paced environment.What You'll DoSupport daily accounting and finance operations.Process and review financial documents and transactions.Assist with account reconciliations and financial data analysis.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.Support month-end closing activities.Collaborate with German-speaking stakeholders and internal teams.Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.German language proficiency at C1 level or above.Good communication skills in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Attention to detail and willingness to learn.Nice to HaveInternship experience in finance, accounting, or shared services.Experience with ERP systems or financial software.Interest in working within an international environment. Language Requirement: German C1+ & English Proficiency
