This is a great entry point for someone starting their finance career who wants hands-on exposure to accounting operations, VAT and credit control in a growing multi-entity group.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices and record daily accounting transactionsMaintain ledgers and support monthly closing activitiesAssist with VAT preparation and filing support under guidanceManage petty cash, including recording transactions and reconciling balancesSupport credit control by tracking receivables and following up on paymentsAssist with bank reconciliations and data entry into the accounting systemPrepare basic financial reports for senior finance staff reviewMaintain accurate documentation in line with internal controlsRequirementsDiploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance support Exposure to UAE VAT preparation is an advantageBasic knowledge of bookkeeping, ledgers and financial reportingFamiliarity with accounting software or ERP and MS ExcelStrong attention to detail, organization and time managementClear and professional communication skillsAbility to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, project-driven environmentWhy join us?Learn across a wide range of finance functionsSupportive, diverse teamCareer growth within a multi-entity groupOur Commitment to DiversityAt Sign Media and Fixtures, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
