Team members join a trusted partner for the digital economy that values technical excellence and strong client relationships.Role Description The Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for processing customer invoices, recording receipts, and reconciling accounts receivable balances in line with company policies. The individual will track overdue accounts, prepare and send reminders, assist with collections activities, and maintain accurate records in the accounting system. Daily tasks include supporting month-end closing, preparing basic financial reports related to receivables, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. The role may also assist senior accountants and finance management with audits, documentation, and process improvements.Qualifications Foundational accounting knowledge, including understanding of accounts receivable processes and basic bookkeeping principles.Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as strong skills in spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel.Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external customers in a professional manner.Ability to analyze account balances, identify discrepancies, and support reconciliations and reporting.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant internships or 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role are an advantage.Familiarity with regional tax and invoicing practices in the UAE is beneficial.Willingness to learn, adapt to new systems and processes, and adhere to established financial controls and compliance standards.
