We are now expanding our Data Platform to turn this massive dataset into production-ready intelligence, and we want you to grow with us.What You’ll DoData Modelling & ELT: Learn to build, test, and maintain ELT pipelines in dbt and Snowflake, transforming messy, raw data into clean, well-modelled assets.Learn the Semantic Layer: Support the design of our semantic layer, learning how to translate business requirements into governed, trusted metrics that enable true self-service analytics.AI-Native Operations: Integrate AI into your day-to-day workflow, leveraging tools like Snowflake Cortex, Snowflake Intelligence (CoWork), and LLMs to scale your impact.Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with our engineering team and partner directly with Product, Marketing, AI Innovation, and Executive Leadership teams to learn the underlying business context and help define key metrics.Platform Foundations: Contribute to data governance, testing, and CI/CD workflows, learning how to ship data products fast without breaking things.Your ToolkitCore Experience: Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field and 0–2 years of experience in an entry-level data analytics role.The Stack: Strong foundational knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. Prior exposure to or hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake (via university projects, internships, or self-directed learning) is a massive plus.Semantic & AI Fluency: Deep curiosity and active experimentation with AI-native workflows (e.g., leveraging LLMs like Claude/ChatGPT, or using Cursor for coding) and a keen interest in learning how to build governed semantic layers.Collaboration & Curiosity: Excellent communication skills with an appetite for learning the underlying business context.
