Junior Android Application Developer

We are looking for an Junior Android Application Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, optimization and maintenance of Android system applications for mobile devices.Location: Warsaw, PolandWork model: Fully onsite - 5 days per week from the officeEmployment type: Employment contract (UoP) or B2B contractSalary range: Employment contract (UoP): PLN 8,500 -12,800 gross per monthB2B contract: PLN 10,200 - 15,000 net + VAT per monthKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain system applications, covering full cycle from requirements through code writing, self-testing and deploymentEnsure the stability, smoothness and performance of system applications through lightweight design, decoupling and architecture optimizationParticipate in debugging, root cause analysis and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support software delivery and product improvementsRequirementsSolid experience in Android engineering development; mobile phone development background preferredStrong programming skills in Java and/or C++; Kotlin experience is a plus.Good understanding of Android application architecture, framework components, multithreading, and system-level development conceptsHands-on experience with Android performance optimization and debugging toolsPrior experience with System-level applications (KeyguardSystemUI, Launcher, Settings) is a strong advantageStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced development environmentLanguages: fluent English; Chinese language skills are a strong plusNice-to-have skillsExperience with Android platform customization or system-level developmentFamiliarity with mobile chipset platforms and embedded systemsWhat we offerWork on modern mobile products in an international environmentCollaborative engineering culture with room for technical growthPrivate medical care at Luxmed and Multisport card
