Junior Architect

Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or architects with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about architectural design and eager to develop their skills across a variety of projects, including residential villas, multi-story buildings, and commercial developments.Key Responsibilities:-Assist in developing architectural concepts starting from the initial idea (Concept Design) through to schematic and detailed design stages.- Support in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation.-Contribute to design development while ensuring alignment with project requirements.- Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and local regulations under supervision.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, etc.) to support integrated project delivery.- Participate in producing creative and functional design solutions.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.-0–1 year of experience in architectural design (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).- Basic knowledge of residential and commercial design projects.- Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code is a plus.- Strong interest in developing architectural concepts and design thinking skills.Architectural Software Proficiency:Candidates should be familiar with core architectural tools, including:- BIM & Documentation:- Revit (basic to intermediate – BIM modeling and documentation) - AutoCAD (2D drafting)- Concept Design & 3D Modeling: - SketchUp (conceptual modeling)- Visualization & Rendering:  - Lumion / Enscape (basic rendering skills)-Presentation & Graphics:  - Adobe Photoshop  - Adobe InDesign (preferred)- Basic understanding of BIM workflows (Building Information Modeling) is preferred.Soft Skills:* Creative mindset and strong interest in design.* Willingness to learn and grow professionally.* Good communication and teamwork skills.* Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.Location:Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
