Το γραφείο αναλαμβάνει έργα από την αρχική σύλληψη έως τη μελέτη εφαρμογής, παρέχοντας παράλληλα υπηρεσίες συμβουλευτικής, διαχείρισης έργων και επίβλεψης κατασκευής.Περιγραφή ΘέσηςΟ/Η υποψήφιος/α θα συμμετέχει στην ανάπτυξη σχεδιαστικών προτάσεων για κτίρια, εσωτερικούς χώρους και έργα αρχιτεκτονικής τοπίου, καθώς και στην εκπόνηση αρχιτεκτονικών σχεδίων και τρισδιάστατων απεικονίσεων. Παράλληλα, θα υποστηρίζει την ομάδα στη διαχείριση έργων, στον συντονισμό με συνεργάτες, στην επίβλεψη κατασκευών και στις διαδικασίες αδειοδότησης.Απαραίτητα ΠροσόνταΠτυχίο Αρχιτεκτονικής.Επαγγελματική εμπειρία έως 4 ετών.Άριστη γνώση προγραμμάτων σχεδίασης 2D και μοντελοποίησης 3D.Ικανότητα σχεδιασμού, οπτικοποίησης και παρουσίασης ιδεών.Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας, στον προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο.Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες.Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/ες παρακαλούνται να αποστείλουν το βιογραφικό και το portfolio τους στο jobs@datsarch.com, με θέμα «Junior Architect – Ονοματεπώνυμο».Junior Architect | Athens | Full-timeCompany DescriptionDATSARCH – Daria Tsagkaraki Architects is a creative architectural practice based in Athens, with extensive experience in architecture, interior design and landscape architecture. The practice undertakes projects from initial concept through detailed design, while also providing consultancy, project management and construction supervision services.Role DescriptionThe successful candidate will contribute to the development of design proposals for buildings, interiors and landscape projects, as well as the preparation of architectural drawings and 3D visualisations.
