Junior Architect / Interior Designer

Ahmadyar Development is looking for a Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our Projects Department and support design coordination, drafting, visualization and project deliverables across our real estate developments.About the RoleThe Junior Architect / Interior Designer will support the design and coordination of residential projects, working closely with senior architects, designers, consultants and site teams.The role will involve supporting architectural and interior design activities, including drafting, design coordination, 3D visualization, materials and finishes coordination, site visits and preparation of design deliverables.ResponsibilitiesSupport coordination between architecture, interior design, consultants and site execution teams.Prepare and update architectural and interior design drawings, including plans, sections, elevations and details using AutoCAD and Revit.Assist in reviewing architectural and interior design packages against approved concepts and project requirements.Prepare 3D models, visualizations, and renders using SketchUp and 3ds Max to support design presentations and approvals.Assist with material, finishes, and design selections and coordinate sample boards and mock-ups.Compile, organize, and maintain drawings, design packages, presentations, and other project documentation.Attend site visits to monitor design execution and identify any deviations from approved drawings or design intent.Support senior architects and designers in preparing presentations and materials for design reviews.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues.

Qualifications

B.Arch or Diploma/Graduate qualification in Architecture or Interior Design.Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience with a design consultancy or developer on real estate/residential projects.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).Working knowledge of SketchUp and 3ds Max rendering.Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.Strong eye for design detail and finishes coordination.Good understanding of architectural and interior design documentation.Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills across design, consultant, contractor, and site teams.To apply, please send your updated CV to hr@ahmadyardevelopments.com, mentioning the position title in the subject line.
