Junior ASO

Role Description The Junior ASO role at IT GLOBE is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role involves assisting in optimizing mobile apps for app stores by conducting keyword research, analyzing competitors, and improving app titles, descriptions, and metadata. The Junior ASO professional will support the tracking of app performance metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase app visibility and downloads. Daily tasks may also include coordinating with designers on app store creatives, monitoring user reviews and ratings, and suggesting improvements based on data and trends.Qualifications Candidates should possess foundational skills in App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword research, metadata optimization, and competitor analysis.Candidates should possess skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into recommendations.Candidates should possess basic digital marketing knowledge, including mobile marketing concepts and familiarity with app store ecosystems (Google Play, Apple App Store).Candidates should possess strong written communication skills for crafting clear and effective app descriptions and promotional copy.Candidates should possess collaboration and time-management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.Interest in mobile apps, user behavior, and market trends, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the ASO domain, is highly beneficial.
