TIW has been recognized with Global Brands Awards for being the Most Innovative Private Equity Buyout Fund and for Excellence in Sustainable Turnaround Investment.Role Description Junior Associate – Investor Relations & Fund Operations (KYC / AML / Onboarding)This role sits within the Investor Relations & Operations team and is focused squarely on investor onboarding, KYC/AML due diligence, and fund operations execution. The Junior Associate will run onboarding files end to end — collecting and vetting constitutional and identification documents, verifying ownership and control structures to UBO level, conducting screening and risk classification, preparing and checking subscription agreements and investor records, and tracking each file through to acceptance. The role also covers maintaining investor master data, supporting capital activity records (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers), preparing periodic investor reports, liaising with administrators, banks and custodians on documentation queries, and maintaining audit-ready records in line with internal compliance and regulatory requirements. Full-time, on-site, Dubai Silicon Oasis.Requirements — candidates who do not meet these will not be consideredBachelor's degree in any disciplineMinimum 2 years' hands-on, full-time experience in fund operations, fund administration, investor relations, private banking/wealth onboarding, or AML/KYC compliance within an asset manager, fund administrator, bank, or regulated financial institution. Internships, training stints, and experience outside financial services will not be consideredDemonstrable working knowledge of KYC/CDD/EDD: individual and corporate onboarding, UBO identification through layered structures (trusts, holding companies, nominee arrangements), source of funds and source of wealth assessment, PEP and sanctions screening, adverse media review, and risk-based customer classificationPractical familiarity with AML/CFT obligations and their application in a fund context; awareness of FATF standards and UAE AML/CFT requirements. Offshore fund jurisdiction exposure (Mauritius, BVI, Cayman, Singapore VCC/DIFC) is a strong advantageExperience preparing and reviewing subscription agreements, investor application forms, board/authority documents, and related onboarding deliverablesAdvanced Microsoft Excel — formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data reconciliation across investor and capital activity recordsExposure to investor registers, capital activity processing, or reconciliation work with fund administrators, banks or custodiansExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding files accurately under deadline pressureStrong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to liaise directly with investors, banks, administrators and internal stakeholdersHigh degree of integrity, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential investor informationSelf-motivated, solutions-oriented, and genuinely interested in fund operations and the investment management industryHow to apply: Applications must include a CV clearly setting out the KYC/AML and fund operations work you have personally handled — entity types, jurisdictions, and volumes.
