Our attorneys have a wealth of experience in handling critical transactions, providing innovative solutions, and navigating the complex legal landscape of Indonesia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate at Legasta Attorneys in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Junior Associate will be responsible for supporting senior attorneys, and will be mainly in charge for, among other things:drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents;conducting legal research;conducting legal due diligence;providing advisory support on legal and regulatory matters;assisting with negotiations and attending to pre-negotiation preparations; andassisting with the preparation and filing of court documents, as well as supporting attorneys in all stages of litigation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Law - admittance as a legal advocate is a plus point;two (2) to three (3) years of experience working in a law firm handling corporate matters;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian languages;Experience working with clients directly and maintain relationships;Dedication to contributing to the growth and development of the firm; andHigh attention to detail, and demonstrates a strong ability to respond quickly and take prompt action when needed.
