Join our team and turn client visions into flawless AV experiences — from nightclubs and home theatres to corporate boardrooms.What you'll do: 🔧 Configure and install AV systems using schematics, layouts & specs 🎚️ Design DSP programming for high-performance audio (nightclubs, cafes, dance clubs) 💻 Program control systems — Crestron, Extron, AMX, Q-SYS 🔗 Integrate AV with audio, video & network systems 🛠️ Commission, test & troubleshoot on-site 🤝 Collaborate with PMs, sales & installation teams 📋 Support clients with training & technical documentationWhat you bring: 🎓 Degree/diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, CS, or related field ⏳ 2–3 years' experience in AV system design & control programming 🏠 Hands-on with home theatres, listening rooms, or recording studio tuning 🎛️ Proficiency in at least one major AV control platform 🌐 Knowledge of AV networking (Dante, AVB, HDBaseT) 📐 Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools 🗣️ Strong troubleshooter with sharp attention to detailBonus points for: ✅ Crestron/Extron/Q-SYS certifications ✅ Audio DSP + video conferencing platform experience (Zoom, Teams, Webex) ✅ Basic IT networking know-how (VLANs, IP config, switches) ✅ Exposure to project management workflows📍 Full-time | Permanent | In-person
