Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site)Employment: Full-TimeQualification: ITI – Electronics, Electrical or related tradeCompany-sponsored UAE employment visa – no visa or recruitment chargesShared accommodation providedAdditional benefits will be discussed during the final interviewJob ResponsibilitiesInstall TVs, monitors, touchscreens and digital displays according to approved measurements and technical drawings.Handle smaller deliveries, equipment testing and basic display installations independently.Work as part of the technical team on larger event installations and dismantling jobs.Mount TV brackets and displays with correct measurement, alignment and levelling.Connect and test HDMI, USB, power, audio and basic network cables.Play videos, presentations and images using laptops, USB drives and display media players.Configure input source, screen resolution, duplicate/extend mode and portrait/landscape orientation.Perform basic troubleshooting for no-signal, unsupported media, playback and connection issues.Carry out proper cable management, labelling, packing and equipment handling.Check, clean and test screens and AV equipment before and after every job.Assist with loading, unloading and safe movement of equipment.Keep the warehouse, equipment and working areas clean and organised when there is no site work.Report equipment damage, missing items or installation issues immediately.Required Basic KnowledgeBasic Windows computer knowledge.Basic knowledge of VLC, PowerPoint, PDF and USB media playback.Ability to connect laptops to TVs or displays through HDMI.Ability to select the correct input source and loop media content.Basic knowledge of measurements, drilling, levelling and TV bracket installation.Ability to understand simple technical drawings and installation instructions.Basic troubleshooting and practical problem-solving ability.Basic English and Hindi communication skills.Physically fit and comfortable with installation, loading and unloading work.Working ScheduleMonday to Saturday.Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including scheduled breaks.Event installations and dismantling may require flexible working hours, including nights, Sundays and public holidays.Candidates must be comfortable working according to event schedules when required.Who We Are Looking ForHonest, disciplined and responsible.Technically interested and willing to improve.Able to follow instructions accurately.Comfortable taking responsibility for assigned work.Honest about mistakes, damage or technical issues.Careful with company and client equipment.Flexible during busy event periods.Interested in building a long-term career in the AV and events industry.Fresh ITI candidates may apply, but basic computer, TV/display and practical technical knowledge is compulsory.
