The role involves preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages, assisting with basic food preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe service area. The junior barista/bartender will welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and provide responsive customer service throughout each shift. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee machines and bar equipment, restocking supplies, following hygiene and safety standards, and supporting senior staff during busy periods. The role also requires working as part of a team to ensure a smooth guest experience and consistent quality of service.QualificationsCandidates should possess barista and basic bartending skills, including beverage preparation and familiarity with coffee and drink service.Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage guests professionally and handle inquiries or concerns.Candidates should possess clear communication skills to take orders accurately, collaborate with team members, and follow instructions.Candidates should possess food preparation awareness, including basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and handling of food and beverages.Relevant experience in a café, bar, restaurant, or hotel environment is beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and perform tasks in a fast-paced setting is required.A high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn and follow established procedures are preferred.To apply, send CV to recrootagency@gmail.com
