Qualifications Foundational barista skills.Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, respectful, and inclusive manner.Attention to detail and consistency in following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team during peak hours.Strong interest in specialty coffee, willingness to learn about origins, roasting profiles, and tasting notes.Basic numeracy and point-of-sale (POS) skills for handling transactions accurately and responsibly.High school diploma or equivalent; prior café or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required.Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
