Junior BI Data Analyst

Working here, you will be part of a dynamic mix of people with different backgrounds, skills, experiences, and passionate minds. 🚀As a Junior Data Analyst, in this role you will:Develop, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for teams across the companyBuild and maintain data models, DAX measures and KPI definitionsWrite SQL queries and views to prepare reporting data from our data warehouseGather reporting requirements from stakeholders and turn them into clear report designsValidate report figures against source data and reconcile discrepanciesMonitor scheduled data refreshes and report performanceMaintain documentation of reports and metric definitionsSupport colleagues in using dashboards and self-service reporting.What we are looking for:Excellent analytical skills and high level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishBachelor’s degree (or final-year studies) in Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related fieldHands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop and Service), DAX and Power QueryBasic to intermediate SQL knowledgeAdvanced MS Excel skillsFluent LithuanianStrong sense of data visualisation and ability to present data clearlyResponsible handling of confidential data.We offer:Gross salary starting from 1500 EUR per month based on qualifications and experiencePrivate health insurance (after probation)Hybrid work modelOpportunity for personal & professional growth while creating a globally relevant company in the fintech marketMore days off: 2 sick-days and 2 wellness days paid by companyTraining budget for up to 2000 EurExcellent office environmentFree delicious snacks & coffee in the office.Only selected candidates will be contacted by our HR team.If you would like to see more about Nexpay office life & culture – we invite you to check our LinkedIn page: www.linkedin.com/company/paynexpay/All other career opportunities can be found here: https://paynexpay.com/careers.
