Junior Business Analyst – UAE National

We are hiring UAE National talent to join a digital transformation program in Abu Dhabi, building an enterprise workflow and e-service platform using Microsoft technologies, including .NET and Azure.ResponsibilitiesSupport requirements workshops by capturing notes, documenting process flows, and maintaining requirement logs.Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and screen-level specifications under senior guidance.Maintain requirements traceability matrices and change logs.Support UAT by preparing scenarios, assisting business users during testing, and recording feedback.Produce Arabic and English user guides and training materials.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.Strong written and verbal English.Arabic fluency.Structured thinking and strong attention to detail in documentation.Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
