You are used to working with large databases and are comfortable dealing with numbers.You have have a background in finance, administration or accounting. A very good level of English and French is required; German is a plus.You are familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excel is where you shine and enjoy spending time, you manage small calculations to large tables with complex formulas.Experience with GIT WinEUR accounting and invoicing module is a big plus.A high level of business acumen, initial finance, controlling or accounting experience in Switzerland (1/2 years), and a higher education degree (Bachelor’s degree) are required.You already live in Switzerland and/or have a valid working permit. Your Position: We are looking for a full-time Junior Business Controller with a high sense of responsibility.As Junior Business Controller you will assist the Business Controller in a wide range of tasks:•       Financial Planning & Analysis on Company Costs and Revenues•       Participate during budgeting process•       Maintain the overall bookkeeping, Accounts Payables & Receivables•       Manage and control project costs, expenses notes and credit card statements•       Manage the monthly payroll runs with the support of an external fiduciaire•       Follow-up on unpaid invoices from clients•       Manage quarterly closings and reportings with the support of an external fiduciaire•       Manage the preparation of financial statements and annual audit with the support of an external fiduciaire•       Management and administration of IT tools and main contact of IT service providers•       Assist your colleagues when IT problems occur and redirect them to the dedicated IT service provider•       Coordination, monitoring and follow up of several various and diverse projects•       Administrative support in the office management The successful applicantRequired:•       You already live in Switzerland and/or have a valid working permit•       You have (at least) a bachelor’s degree in the finance/accounting field•       You have (at least) one full time successful relevant working experience in finance / accounting•       You have prior experience with ERPs and/or accounting systems•       You have experience with Swiss GAAP and Code des Obligations accounting principles•       You have an excellent level of English & French•       You have a high command of Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office•       You are able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines•       You have the flexibility and ability to work both independently and, in a team, with excellent planning•       and priority setting skills•       You are used to work with large databasesPreferred:•       You have a general understanding or prior experience with Swiss social insurances and payroll systems•       You are an advanced user of GIT WinEUR accounting software
