We're looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Associate to take the first step in building long-term client relationships and supporting our expanding pipeline.As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will assist with lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline coordination, working closely with the BD team to learn the ropes and grow into a key contributor to Mnzil's partnerships.🔑 What You'll OwnAssist in identifying and qualifying new leads through research and outreachSupport scheduling and coordination of client meetingsHelp maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRMAssist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materialsTrack pipeline status and support progress reporting to the BD team✅ What You BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (fresh graduates welcome)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailFluent in Arabic, professional EnglishFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus🚀 Why Join Us?
