We're pre-launch, moving fast, and looking for a junior business development manager who can engage with local businesses and empower restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets across Dubai to drive repeat footfall and boost revenues.Role OverviewAre you an energetic, highly motivated individual who loves being out in the field and connecting with people? We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing sales team.In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Senior Business Development Manager, conducting in-person store visits to restaurants, cafes, and food outlets across Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesField Visits & Outreach: Conduct in-person visits to restaurants, eateries, and retail outlets across selected locations to introduce SoukPay’s rewards platform.Shadowing & Mentorship: Work closely alongside the Senior BD Manager during merchant pitches, contract discussions, and account onboarding.Lead Generation & Mapping: Identify prospective dining outlets, map out key commercial areas in Dubai, and build a healthy sales pipeline.Merchant Onboarding: Help onboard new merchants, ensuring smooth setup of marketing and reward collateral.Relationship Management: Maintain warm relationships with store owners, floor managers, and key decision-makers.Market Insights: Gather feedback directly from store owners to help shape product features and sales strategies.What We Are Looking ForLocation & Mobility: Comfortable spending 70–80% of your working time in the field visiting outlets across Dubai.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English. Fluency in Hindi,Malyalam, or Urdu is a strong advantageDriven & Adaptable: Passionate about learning B2B sales, quick to adapt, and eager to grow under senior guidance.Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
