Further information is available on the Company’s websitePRIMARY FUNCTIONThe Junior Buyer Intern will join the Procurement team and support daily procurement operations, gaining hands-on experience across key purchasing processes within an international and dynamic business environment.Key Responsibilities include:Support the creation and update of purchase orders in SAPMonitor order confirmations and delivery statusAssist with invoice checks and support the resolution of discrepanciesCollect and organize purchasing data and informationHelp prepare reports, presentations, and KPI dashboardsMaintain procurement documentation and supplier recordsSupport the Purchasing team in daily activities and ongoing projectsCollaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing operationsEDUCATION & SKILLSBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably Management Engineering), Economics, Business Administration, or related fields and students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program and seeking an internship opportunityGood analytical skills and attention to detailStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProactive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work effectively in a team environmentGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPointFluent in English, any other language is an assetWHAT WE OFFERA unique opportunity to gain experience within a global companyStructured on-the-job training and continuous learningExposure to international suppliers, technologies, and projectsCollaboration with experienced procurement professionalsA dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural work environmentMonthly internship allowance: Euro 300 - 1060LOCATIONTurin, Italy
