Working across different environments will expose you to new challenges and technologies, allowing you to strengthen your troubleshooting skills, develop your technical confidence and become more comfortable solving real-world IT problems.You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to infrastructure improvements and technical projects, giving you valuable experience beyond traditional IT support.
