Job Responsibilities
Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments.Clarify account status and agree on suitable repayment arrangements.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.Analyze overdue accounts, identify potential risks, and escalate complex cases when necessary.Handle customer inquiries professionally and coordinate with Finance and Customer Service teams.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply! 🎓0–2 years of experience in B2B & B2C debt collection.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Excellent email writing skills.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Target-oriented, organized, and persistent.Residents of Maadi or nearby areas are preferred.Work Conditions & Benefits:📍 Work Location: Maadi⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours per day📅 Days Off: 2 days per week🏥 Social & Medical Insurance
