Job SummaryAssist in managing commercial and contractual activities throughout the project lifecycle.Support the preparation and assessment of variations, claims, valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.Review and verify payment applications submitted by subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.Assist in monitoring project costs, budgets, cash flow, and overall commercial performance.Support subcontract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.Coordinate with project, procurement, finance, and site teams to ensure timely resolution of commercial matters.Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.0–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.Knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts.
