As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst who is keen to build a career in financial crime compliance.The RoleAs a Junior Compliance Analyst, you'll support our day-to-day compliance activities, helping to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations while delivering a great experience for our customers.Working alongside experienced compliance professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer onboarding, financial crime compliance, transaction monitoring and regulatory support. Key ResponsibilitiesReview corporate customer onboarding applications and conduct KYC/KYB checks.Carry out sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.Review transaction monitoring alerts and investigate unusual activity.Support customer risk assessments, enhanced due diligence and ongoing monitoring.Maintain accurate compliance records, procedures and registers.Support responses to enquiries from regulators, law enforcement agencies and payment partners.Support testing and improvement of compliance systems and processes.Escalate higher-risk matters in line with internal procedures. About YouEssentialMinimum 1 year’s experience working in financial services, or a similar regulated environment.
