Junior Consultant

The Junior Consultant – Fertility will support the clinical and operational aspects of fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive technologies. The role involves patient consultation, treatment planning under supervision, monitoring cycles, and ensuring high standards of patient care.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Responsibilities:Conduct initial patient consultations, including medical history review and basic fertility assessmentAssist in planning and execution of fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, ICSI, and ovulation inductionMonitor patients through ultrasound scans and hormone assessmentsSupport procedures like oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and IUI under supervisionMaintain accurate and detailed patient recordsPatient Care:Provide counseling and guidance to patients regarding treatment options and protocolsEnsure compassionate and ethical patient interactionAddress patient queries and concerns throughout the treatment journeyOperational Responsibilities:Coordinate with embryologists, nursing staff, and lab teams for smooth workflowEnsure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory guidelinesParticipate in quality improvement initiativesAcademic & Research:Stay updated with the latest advancements in reproductive medicineParticipate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and training programsAssist in research activities and data collectionQualifications & Experience:MBBS with MS/DNB in Obstetrics & GynecologyFellowship / Training in Reproductive Medicine (preferred)0–3 years of experience in fertility/IVF setupFreshers with relevant training may also applyKey Skills:Basic knowledge of ART procedures (IVF, ICSI, IUI)Strong clinical and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathy and patient-centric approachAbility to work in a team environment
