For over 20 years, we have worked as exploitation partners inside Horizon Europe consortia, supporting partners with business modelling, IPR strategy, supply chain, and commercial strategy across different sectors. We have supported 50+ EU-funded projects and built a network of 500+ partners across Europe and beyond.About the roleWe're looking for someone to join our team and support our project and consortium work, from day-to-day project management to helping partners think through their business strategies.Your tasks will primarily be:Help prepare and deliver workshops, presentations, and training sessions for project partnersSupport 1-to-1 coaching sessions with innovators and SMEs, helping them think through their business models and go-to-market strategiesSupport the day-to-day management of multi-year, multi-partner EU-funded projects (deadlines, deliverables, reporting, coordination with consortium partners)Contribute to proposal writing and grant applications for new EU-funded projectsAbout youYou enjoy working with people and are comfortable reaching out, starting conversations, and building relationships. You bring your own ideas to the table and have the confidence to develop them further, while staying curious about how people, organisations, and projects work. Whether you are in a workshop or a client conversation, you ask thoughtful questions and enjoy turning what you learn into practical next steps. You are naturally drawn to innovations that create positive change in the world.Specifically, you:Hold a university degree (bachelor's or master's) in business administration, project management, innovation management, economics, or a related fieldHave 0 to 2 years of relevant work experienceHave a genuine interest in the EU, whether through your studies, an exchange or internship, prior work experience, or simply from following EU policy, innovation, and funding closelyHave project management skills, including taking ownership, staying detail-oriented, and managing multiple deadlines and moving parts at once, ideally with a taste of running or supporting a multi-year projectWrite and speak excellent EnglishAre comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint, and confident putting together and delivering presentationsIt's a strong plus if you:Prior exposure to EU affairs, Horizon Europe funded projects, project proposals, and/or national funding instruments through study, work, or projectsHave run or supported a workshop, or been part of coaching or advisory conversations with innovators, founders, and/or researchersYou might recognise yourself in one of these backgroundsYou've done a project management case study or module, for example developing a business model strategy for a company or product, and enjoyed the process of coordinating with others, managing deadlines, and turning an idea into a structured planYou've had a first job, internship, or thesis project connected to EU funding, research commercialisation, innovation support, or a consultancy environment, and you're looking for the next stepAbout our offeringTravel to consortium meetings across Europe and direct exposure to the EU innovation ecosystemA close-knit 10-person team with 20+ years of experience in EU-funded research and innovationThe chance to work across a wide range of sectors and technologies, and build a broad network of European partners and innovatorsA team where your voice is heard, your ideas matter, and you'll be trusted with real ownership early onFlexible working hours and heathy balance between genuine autonomy and structured guidance from managementPractical detailsContract: full-timeLocation: DTU Science Park, Kgs.
