قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجHorwath HTL is a global leader in tourism, hospitality and leisure consulting, with more than 50 offices worldwide.Our Zagreb office and growing South-East Europe practice are looking for talented individuals at the beginning of their professional careers to join our team as:Student InternJunior ConsultantYou will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of tourism, hospitality, destination development and real estate advisory projects for public and private sector clients in Croatia and internationally.For high-performing students, the role can provide a pathway towards a full-time Junior Consultant position following graduation.The opportunityYou will work as part of project teams delivering strategy and advisory assignments across tourism, hospitality and destination development.Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include:Carrying out market research, data collection and quantitative and qualitative analysisSupporting the preparation of tourism and destination strategies, market and feasibility studies, development concepts and other advisory assignmentsAnalysing market trends, demand, competition and business performanceSupporting the preparation of client presentations, reports and other project deliverablesDeveloping clear and compelling data visualisations and presentation materialsSupporting senior team members in structuring analyses and solving project-specific business issuesContributing to proposals, business development activities and researchParticipating in client meetings, workshops and field visitsWorking on assignments in Croatia and internationallyContributing to the continued development and growth of Horwath HTL's South-East Europe practiceMinimum requirementsFor the Student Intern role:Currently in the final year of university studiesStudying economics, business, tourism, finance or another field relevant to our workStrong academic performance; preferably a grade point average of 4.0 or higherAvailability to work alongside university obligations, with the potential to transition into full-time employment after graduationFor the Junior Consultant role:University degree in economics, business, tourism, finance or another relevant fieldUp to approximately 2 years of relevant professional experiencePrevious experience in consulting, tourism/hospitality advisory, real estate advisory, analytics or another project-based professional environment is considered an advantageFor both roles:Fluency in Croatian and English is mandatoryStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAdvanced working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and ExcelIdeal skills and competencesIntellectual curiosity and a strong interest in tourism, hospitality and destination developmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to structure information and communicate findings clearlyStrong PowerPoint, Excel and data visualisation skillsAttention to detail and a high standard of written workAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, responsible and collaborative working styleFlexibility and willingness to participate in domestic and international assignmentsMotivation to learn quickly and progressively take greater responsibility within project teamsWhat we offerExposure to high-profile tourism, hospitality and destination development projectsOpportunities to work with both private investors and public-sector clientsDirect collaboration with experienced consultants and senior leadershipParticipation in international assignments and collaboration across the global Horwath HTL networkA steep learning curve and early exposure to real client workClear opportunities for professional development and progressionA dynamic, collaborative and entrepreneurial working environmentCompetitive employment package
